CRM PROJECT MANAGER, ARLETTIE PARIS
The Arlettie Paris team asked me to rejoin their team with opportunity for Visa Sponsorship as their UK CRM Project Manager. My current position allows me to work closely with renowned brands like Christian Dior, Bottega Veneta Christian Louboutin, Alexander McQueen and many others. My responsibilities include managing all email communication to UK database of over 100, 000 contacts. In addition, I design and transmit communication strategies for VIP growth and retention. In addition, I lead weekly meetings between RD, account managers and marketing team and report on weekly sales performance and marketing action results.

HOSTESS, INTERCONTINENTAL PARK LANE
As a summer position, I joined the incredible Intercontinental Park Lane team as hostess of the iconic Theo Randall restaurant. My responsibilities included, running the front of house for Theo Randall restaurant using OpenTable and managing the everyday administration of the restaurant. I was also responsible for the communication between clients and the service team through daily briefings prior to opening.

EVENTS ASSISTANT, VOGUE
As a summer position, I had to opportunity to work with the Vogue team on their 5 days of Beauty event. I assisted the setting up for the event including stock intake and monitoring of event gift bags and organising and consolidating documentation prior to event.

VIP AND CORPORATE RELATIONS ASSISTANT, ARLETTIE LONDON
Originally tasked with managing the administrative operation for a 10,000 person Hermès event, I was promoted shortly after to VIP Client Relations Assistant as well as the Corporate Relations Assistant. During this time I also worked as a sales assistant when the team needed help. I was constantly commended on my ability to thrive in any role I was placed in whether this be writing content for the website, hosting the LVMH directors during sales or performing my duties of reaching out to HR managers of major corporates and managing VIP contacts, including the Countess of Snowden.
September 2019 -Â Monaco Yacht Show
INTERN COORDINATOR & VIP RECEPTIONIST, BENETTI YACHTING
Hired as an intern to assist in the set-up, running and pack up of Benetti/Azimut Yachting stand during the Monaco Yacht Show. During the set-up and based on my performance I was awarded the responsibility of coordinating communication between the sales team and the intern group. In addition, I was promoted to be the sole guardian for two of the three yachts shown during the event, the only intern given this responsibility. My tasks were welcoming clients, agents and VIP guests including the founding family of the company.

MARKETING INTERN, M.O.D HONG KONG
As an event and customisation marketing start-up, M.O.D required a marketing and admin assistant to handle operational tasks while they focused on strategic objectives. Tasks therefore included packing, photographing and shipping custom products for clients (Marvel, Bobbi Brown, Swell) as well as assisting in a large experiential event in the flagship Footlocker store in Hong Kong. Finally, based on performance and critical thinking, I was asked to develop a pitch for existing clients (LVMH, AIA) for cross-selling opportunities which is still being used today.

FASHION EDITOR INTERN, GRACE IN PARIS
An online magazine and fashion guide with clients reaching across to the USA, Grace in Paris required someone to assists in creating a Little Back Book of Parisian addresses. My responsibility was to explore the city, find inspiring designers, restaurants and boutiques and create writings which captured the essence of each space. In addition, I interviewed award-winning designers to write articles for the journal aspect of the website.
